Direct tax code is proposed to be applicable w.e.f. 01/04/2012. so DTC is not in existence. dont worrey in ca exms may and nov.2011 attempts DTC will not applicable.

Agree with Experts DTC not Applicable for Current exams since it is still in pipeline.
