24 August 2012 our client want to file the annual filing for a pvt ltd company sir.
the problem is the person who signed the balance sheet for 31.3.2009 resigned from the company. while filing the din number of that director in form 23ac it shows enter the valid din . i have also verified in mca website it shows the din was rejected . . now how i should fill the form can anyone please help me in this regards

For Form-23AC you can use the digital signature of another director who are present and authorised by Board Resolution for signing of Forms filed with ROC.

It is not required that the director who sign the balance sheet is also required to sign the e form also. It can be signed by any director who are director at that time.
