A pvt ltd co. is incorporated in mumbai on 20-11-10. Whether the directors are required to file DIN-2 and co to file DIN-3 OR not?

Hi
After June 30, 2007 any appointment made in the company as a director is not required to intimate to the ROC by the company in DIN 3 after receiving DIN 2 from such director.
