a firm is an auditable and his partner got a digital signature for filling return of income for firm. the issue is that a partner himself file his return of income as INDIVIDUAL capasity. so digital signature got for firm could be used for filling his return.

NO PARTNER WIL HAVE TO APPLY FOR ANOTHER DIGITAL SIGNATURE ON HIS NAME BECAUSE IN APLLICATION PAN OF THE ENTITY IS ALSO DISCLOSED AND PAN OF FIRM AND PARTNER ARE DIFFERENT

The digital signature taken by the partner is enough to file the return of firm and the return of self. No need to take another one.
