Dear Sir,
I have internet explorar 9 on my pc. I tried to register dcs of one of the assessee on income tax site, however when ever I try to register that pfx file on the link update digital certificate, It web page closes again and again. Then I tried it via google crome and sucessfully registered the signature but when I clicked on submit return It ask me to register certificate and I did the same but a message appeared that your certificate is already registered.
Therefore I am unable to submit the return.
Please advise me.
