FORM NO. 16 : its Certificate under section 203 income tax for tax deducted at source
from income chargeable under the head “Salaries”
and
FORM NO. 16A : its Certificate under section 203 income tax for tax deduction at source for income other than salary.
example : For interest on securities; dividends; interest other than “interest on securities”; winnings from lottery or crossword puzzle ; winnings from horse race; payments to contractors and sub-contractors; insurance commission;
its to be given along with return inorder to claim TDS.
