In case of Fixtures if rate per sqft is <5000 and for example invoice shows 1000sqft * 100 =100000/-. In this case 100% depreciation can be claimed under companies act.
Pls clarify.

Since the cost of the Fixed Asset exceeds Rs. 5,000/-, 100% depreciation cannot be charged on the same.
