22 April 2014 We are Applied optical Technologies Pvt LTd & we would like to raised the Demo Invoice to party so we would like to know that when the demo invoice is to be raised can we charged the vat tax on the bill please let us know?

VAT is applicable when you are making a sale for a monetary consideration. If the demo product is given for free then no sale taking place hence no VAT applicable. If the demo product is sold for a price there is VAT applicable.
