I have Filed Return of Partnership Firm
in ITR 5. The Firm has declared income U/s 44AD i.e presumptive taxation. still I have received defect memo stating error code 31(No P& l & Balance Sheet Attached). probable suggestion to clear defect is to upload rectified Profit & Loss & Balance sheet Figures. Now if Firm does not maintain Books of Accounts how i am able to file Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet Figures. Kindly suggest me how to clear defect memo
