Mr.A purchases a house in New Delhi in 2009 and took a loan of Rs.10lacs from a bank @ 10%p.a.He started paying EMI of say Rs.1.3 lacs from 2009 onwards.Can he claim deduction u/s 24b and 80C in the financial year 2009-10.
