deduction of TDS

A contract which inculdes material as well as labour but RMC i.e ready mix concrete is to be provided by the company but when company does not provide it then contracto purchses that itself n charge it from the company. my quest is wherther TDS will be deducted inclusive of this RMC amount which contractor charges from the company or not

since this is a case of construction contract, TDS is required to be deducted on the entire value of contract including RMC u/s 194C
