03 January 2015 hw to maintain debtors details correctly in order to knw whicg payments r pending.

06 January 2015 either check all debtors list daily...

Or have a check withing every 10 days or 15 days to ensure all payments received on time..

Also it depends on the software u r using... many accounting softwares have notification option which remind us if the debtors is outstanding after due date....
