26 August 2011 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please clarify the following :

When should the Debentures Breakup details to be provided in the Form 20B (SCH-V) ?

Ans : ...................

Is it based on the Balance Sheet -
That is, if the BS does not contain the details, then Debentures Breakup details NIL in Form 20B (SCH-V).

Suppose, the BS contains the Debenture details, then it should be filled in the Form 20B (SCH-V).

Please clarify.

27 August 2011 If the company issue any debenture than details of that is required to give suppose Number of debenture price per debenture total amount....
