Please tell the last date for issue of Form 16A after filling the quarterly e-tds return
For example : we fil the ist quarter return 15 july 2011 what will be the last date of issue...

Time limit for issue of TDS certificate in Form 16A is within 15 days from the due date of furnishing quarterly TDS returns. In your case it will be on or before 30.07.2011
