01 July 2010 If there is CST sales return is booked during June'10, what is the procedure to claim the tax in Form No.1 wherein there is no CST sales effected during June'10. Plz. enlighten me in the matter. Its very urgent.

01 July 2010 Under CST the sales return can be claimed if the it is with in 6 Months, if your sales in made on or after Jan-10 you can claim the same sales return in the cst Return

02 July 2010 Hello Sir,

Thanks for ur expert opinion. Can CST sales return be claimed in the monthly return where there is no CST sales is effected in the sense there is no CST sales in June'10. Can I claim sales return in June return without having any sales for the month of June. If so I should claim the same in the Deduction column in Form No.1.

02 July 2010 Yes. there is no such restriction where there is no sale you cannot claim sales return for the particular month, because you are showing the sales return relates to previously state as sales
