16 August 2007 Can I claim CST paid on purchase of goods as credit against VAT while selling the same goods within state on which we are paying VAT?

16 August 2007 No Sir,

CST paid on purchase is not available as tax credit.

16 August 2007 If you have VAT credit then you can set off against CST as per applicable VAT law .
BUT CST CREDIT IS NOT ADMISSABLE IN ANY HOW .
