Cst and vat adjustment

24 September 2011 Our company purchase goods against c form CST @2% and without C form CST@ 4%, and both goods sale within west bengal means VAT charge, can i adjust cst input both 2% and 4% with VAT payable, plz give details of adjustment as soon as possible.
