31 July 2015 Our is a private limited company and does not satisfy the condition under sec 135 ( 1) of companies act ( Net worth Rs. 25 Crores , Turnover Rs. 110 Crores and Profit Before Tax Rs . 54 lacs .) . In that case whether CSR applicable ? . But our auditor is claiming that CSR applicable to us as 3 years average profit is more than Rs. 5 Crores . ( PY Profit Rs. 5.01 crores , before that Rs.7.25 Crores and Rs.4.46 Crores ) . Please advice wheter we need to comply CSR Rules .
