Contribution towards trust which is owned by companies directors does it amounts to CSR Activity

Yes only if such organizations have an established track record of at least three years in carrying on activities in related areas and Trust is Registered with Registrar of Trust in the State and Where no Registrar of Trust in the State, Registered with IT Authority
