Dear AXXXXX,
"Txn of Rs. 3240 against CRN ending with **** is on hold due to no response from the bank.
e-Filing, ITD"
*This is an ITR OF an employe.
*The ITR was filled and verified.
*Total due is paid and the transaction was successful at that time.
What should be the next step.

09 September 2023 that is the only crn i have paid for that particular amount &after checking on IT DEPT website the particular crn shows paid. BUT still getting these messages.
