*Total due is paid and the transaction was successful at that time.
What should be the next step.

Check out the CRN in portal. May be it's your previous attended challan

that is the only crn i have paid for that particular amount &after checking on IT DEPT website the particular crn shows paid. BUT still getting these messages.

Check out in itd Portal and verify its Accepted. Also verify the same in e pay tax

Please check throu Income tax portal with CRN. If its accepted then leave it simply. But, better with confirm.
