whether credit of service tax , on reimb of telephone exp to an employee (name of co is mentioned in the bill ) available for co.
if yes
plz tell me how much credit is available in respect of below mentioned situation
telehone exp : Rs. 1000 (as per bill)
service tax : Rs. 120
reimbursement: Rs. 400
if yes
plz tell me how much credit is available in respect of below mentioned situation
telehone exp : Rs. 1000 (as per bill)
service tax : Rs. 120
reimbursement: Rs. 400

Take credit proportionately, as if Rs. 400 is value cum service tax.
