Dear sir,
Case MFG in Gujarat
sales from Maharastra
Case 1
IF we go for stock transfer then whats the case of input vat credit for vat payable on final sales in maharastra
case 2
If we go for sales from guj to maharastra then we need to pay cst, but in this case also whether input vat credit is available against the output vat credit payable in sales at maharstra

In case 2 you can not claim input as you have to pay CST and vat cannot be adjusted against CST.
In case 1 also you can not claim input vat as you are not selling goods it is just stock transfer and that too outside the state.

cant we use form F.
I am not clear for the actual benefit we shall claim through form F in either case
