17 August 2011 HOW TO GET COPYRIGHTS ????????????

Can Anyone tell me How to get COPYRIGHTS for the BOOK NAME & its CONTENTS ?
I want that no one should be able to Misuse the TITLE / MATTER of that book Without the AUTHOR's permission.

I have to apply for the one at the earliest, so plz give the Detailed Procedure / LINK to the Relevant Sites?
Pages to that book will be added later too, so will it be possible after getting it Copyrighted?

18 August 2011 For Copy right of Book you have to register your copy right with the appropriate authority...

Registering is the act of sealing with a judicial officer (bailiff, officer of the court, or notary) of a digital file or scanned document, which will be recorded in the official record of that officer. These are records for which the mandatory commitment to retain is 30 years.

18 August 2011 If you a author of a book then there are many places for you to register.

The first registration if that of your logo or the design of the cover page and next the contents. For logo and cover page you have to register with Trade Mark and Patent and for contents you have to register under copy right act.

Another registration you can do with the writers association so that no one can make any film or any serial on your book.
