17 March 2015 We are running hospital and medical college.And running a contributory mess for the students and the staffs.Mess fees collecting from students and deducting it from the staff. whether sales tax provisions applicable for the contributory mess.

17 March 2015 nopes... no need for any sales tax...!!

as u r not selling food to outsiders and all, u r just providing fooding facility for the staff, and for that nominal charges are being charged
