I HAVE ALREADY LATE FOR FILING OF GSTR3B, NOW WHAT PRECAUTIONS & CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN.

Apart from the late filing fee per month which needs to be paid, there is no other precautions mentioned anywhere as on date.

Update:
CBEC via Notification No.28 /2017 – Central Tax dated 01st September, 2017 have waived the late fee payable under section 47 of the said Act, for all registered persons who failed to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July 2017 by the due date.
