25 October 2016 Please someone share the procedure for condonation of delay in filing MGT-14 for change in object clause?

25 October 2016 process
prepare the application for compounding for not filing MGT 14 on the Letter Head of the Company and signed by the Director and the Company Secretary of the Company
Hold the Board Meeting and pass the Board Resolution and authorise Director of the Company to sign the application and document related to condonation and authorize practising professional to conduct the matter for the purpose of condonation.
Company will file Form CG1 with the following attachments.
application for compounding
Board Resolution authorizing Director to sign documents
Copy of resolution for which MGT 14 is required to be passed
MCA will call the hearing and hearing shall be attended by Cs, practising professional and Director of the Company
After the hearing the MCA will pass the order
after the order compounding fee should be paid by appropriate challan
after the payment of compounding fees, company shall file INC 28 with ROC
