Dear members, as per new law requirement of appointing CS for pvt. co. is increased to 5 crore paid up capital. So, for f.y. 2013-14 what is the limit for appointing CS for pvt. co.?

SIR, I want to know that for f.y. 2013-14 limit of compliance report is 10 lacs as per old act or 5 crores as per new act

Paid up capital of ten lakh rupees or more. Pl refer proviso to section 383A(1) of The Companies Act,1956.
