04 May 2011 If a company is declared as defunct company due to not filling any documents with ROC then what is the way to strike of its name
And also, Is it better to normalize that company or strike of its name from registrar

09 May 2011 File Form 61 & Send the Petition to Company Law Board with affidavits. Your Filing Status will be Normalised. According to Section 560, Strike Off the Name.
