I am a student of CA Course and my articleship is completed under old course if now I wish to do CS is there compulsory udergoing training under CS is applicable to me

Agree with expert. You can not get benefit in CS training on the basis of CA article ship. Both profession have their different training criteria.
So you will complete the 15 months training and other programs as required under training process.
