Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to clarify one doubt regarding Company Law.i.e.A Pvt Ltd has taken a LC from its banker to purchase Fixed asset, on Jan 2009.Is it necessary to file form 8?

No.
Form 8 is not required to be filed with ROC. Kindly check section 125(4) of companies act, 1956 for compulsorily registerable charges.
