03 January 2013 Sir can you please help me that how before incorporation i can attached copy of lease deed with form 18. The property is taken on rent from director.

In that case the director will give NOC that they have no objection from using their property as registered office and you will also attach copy of address prof in the name of Director and NOC with Form-18.

After Incorporation of company you can made rent aggrement with director.

04 January 2013 Sir if director has also taken property on rent from some other person so is it enough if i attach director's rent agreement & also NOC from the property owner regarding no objection to use their premises as registered address of the company.

In that case you will take Address prof from director that his address proof.

You can made two rent agreement from one property.
