can any one tell me whether company bill,2012 has been passed in both houses of parliament or not????????? and if yes will it applicable for Nov,2014 attempt ?????????

No, it is still pending in Rajya Sabha for approval.
So wait and watch for approval then it will be applicable for Nov, 2014 attempt.
