15 February 2010 i have a company propritership regd.2008 but we not deposit the service tax .now what to do.

16 February 2010 Have you obtained the service tax registration. If yes, have you been collecting service tax on the services provided by you. If Yes, then Pay the arrears with penalty.

If not registration, then obtain the registration number. All the invoices you raise on which service tax is to be levied, should be prepared accordingly and service tax should be collected and paid.
