26 June 2015 Is companies act 2013 applicable on financial years beginning on or after april 2014? and not on financial years which started before april 2014 and whose ending falls after april in 2014?

02 July 2015 Companies Act, 2013 become applicable from 01.04.2014.

Also note some important provisions of Companies Act, 2013 become applicable from September 2013 itself.

A company whose FY ends of Sept 2014, Companies Act, 2013 will be applicable on such company from 01.04.2014 for whole FY.
