can anybody provide me the the special resolution required for alteration of aoa and moa for changing company name and address with in same city.its urgent. thanks in advance

no special resolution is required in the case of change in the registered office within the city as per section 12(5) of the act, 2013. only a board resolution is sufficient and filing of INC-22 with roc within 30 days
