how can i get the commisionrate code, division code and range code for the service provided by a proprietorship firm situated in indirapuram ghaziabad

how can i select the proper division out of various divisions available

In the last coloumn given in the division page, it tells the areas over which that division has juridiction. So check your area comes in which juridiction and select the division accordingly.
