26 December 2014 i have formed a new pvt ltd company ( Authorised & paid up capital is rs 1 lac )in august 2014.whether i should give intimation to roc by filling INC21.whether it is mandatory or not .plz reply at cakoderma@gmail.com

27 December 2014 Yes ,mandatory. Pl file e-form INC-21 with in 180 days of incorporation.

27 December 2014 BUT INC 21 IS FOR PAID UP CAPITAL, AND WHEN I AM CHECKING IN COMPANY MASTER DATA WITH MCA RECORDS IT IS SHOWING THAT PAID UP CAPITAL IS RS 1 LAC AS U CAN ALSO CHECK WITH COMPANY CIN NO-U45201JH2014PTC002241 . SO PLEASE GUIDE ME WHETHER I SHOULD FILE INC 21 OR NOT

27 December 2014 Yes, e-Form INC-21 is only for a company having 'share capital'. Section 11(1) of Companies Act,2013 may be referred.

02 July 2015 if a company incorporation date is 19/02/2015 then INC21 IS required to file or not if yes from where i can get the e form INC21 As there is no form at mca website,please guide or mail me at cakoderma@gmail.com
