Do we need to commence bussiness immediately after getting incorporation ?
May i take some delay to commence ?

Commencement of business shall be made after getting certificate of Incorporation., it means the business activities should be started only after getting the certificate.,but not before the certificate., and the commencement after getting the certificate can be made at our convenience.
