05 June 2018 I have incorporated a pvt ltd company in 2014 till now i have not filed any returns with ROC since company is not doing any business; now the directors want to close company.

So kindly tell me what is the procedure for closing a company and also is it compulsory to file returns with ROC or I can directly file application for closure.

07 June 2018 first check whether all liabilities, duties taxes has been paid, ensure about nil assets , all bank account has been closed, then go for voluntary striking off .

07 June 2018 Comapny has not commenced business so there are no assets and liabilities and even company has not filed any return so is company required to file returns.
