24 November 2015 am an assessee of income tax from AY-10-11, i have TDS for AY-13-14 of Rs 15000, still 24-11-2015 i did not filed my income tax return, but now i would like to file my return of income to get my TDS as refund, for which i have income for AY-13-14 if RS 1,75,000
Is it possible to claim my refund by filing return for Ay-13-14 now on 24-11-2015,
either filing retirn electronic or Paper return?
pleas answer if i file IT return U/s 142(1) with out getting notice by IT department, is there any consequences?
can i claim refund in this way?
