Hi,
If any one is getting Rs.100 per month as child education allowance with salary.
Can they also eligible to get the deduction of 80C for payment of tution fee paid?

Agreed. Deduction can be claimed u/s 80C along with the children allowance under salary income.

Both are the diffrent things, as allowence in baing got in name of children edu & "tution" fee is being paid.
