I forgot the Password. Forget Password option was tried. New password was created by giving secret question method. Got an email stating that Password was updated successfully. But when tried the new password does not work. It as for the old password. Old password is forgotten.

Please re-set you password again by using forget password option. Some times due to technical problems it showing above you said error. I also faced same problem for two of my clients but i again tried to re-set password using forget password option then i got success.

Send your Pan details and full address
and send a mail to :-validate@incometaxindia.gov.in
You will get new password
Send this otherwise.
Hie Sir I wanted this Pan Detail Password I tried a lot " Forgot you password" But I am not able to retrieve it.
Please Give me password I have to submit IT- Return As soon as possible.
