change in authorised capital after name availability

04 June 2011 We have applied for name availability with a proposed authorised capital of Rs.2 crore. Now it is decided to increase the authorised capital to Rs.5 crores.Can we file the incorporation documents with Rs.5 crores or is it necessary that we have to go ahead with the proposed capital mentioned in the application for name availability?

04 June 2011 According to me you need to follow the procedure of increased authorized capital because once you submit the form with amount of capital it will be recorded in the site and in case of alteration you need to file form 5 and the resolution as required.

07 June 2011 As far as i think first u file incorporation docements and form 1A for name availability...then after go for increase in authorised capital by filing form 5...
