Respected Sir
I paid an amount through a nationalised banks net banking account - as service tax , but the challan has not been generated due to banks site problem - so is there any procedure to know the challan number or get the amount returned back
pls guid me

Some banks like SBI,SBH providing facility to challan reprint so first check is your's bank has such facility for the net banking users check in the net banking available options. If such option not available then please contact your bank's branch.
