Whether Chairman of board of Director who is not holding Share of Company can be appointed as Chairman of general Meeting?????????

NO, it is on the consent of the Board of director. however, if anybody is permanent Chairman of the company, again in his absence, the BOARD within half an hour of the board meeting mutually with the consent of all the directors can appoint a person as chairman of the company
