Hi,
I would like to become a vendor to a MNC and the requirements to be met are:
Checklist of Additional Information that must be sent back with the NVA form:
(1) Certificate of Incorporation (COI)
(2) SALES TAX REGISTRATION ( TIN #) / PAN #
(3) Type of Service : Goods ( ) Service ( ) Goods & Services ( )
(4) SERVICE TAX NUMBER and Pan card copy
(5) If enjoying tax holiday, proof of tax holiday
(6) Central Excise Registration ( if applicable)
Can I form a sole proprietership or partnership or partnership LLP to meet the above crierion. Please advise ASAP

Form a LLP that is the mixture of a company and Partnership Firm. and comparatively less compliances than a company
