13 September 2015 dear sir , can you please clarify the act of cenvat credit rules for taking input credit , can we avail input based on invoice before making the payment to vendor in the invoiced month and I will pay vendor on next month.

13 September 2015 Only on payment to vendor you can avail cenvat credit. Only in case of RCM on payment of service tax by service receiver without making payment to service provider it is allowed.
