Cenvat credit on excise duty paid on capital goods.

Hello friends.We have a shopping mall and we charge service tax on rent charged by us for letting out shops in mall. My query is that whether we are eligible to claim CENVAT credit on excise duty paid by us on purchase of capital goods (Lift) for payment of service tax.
