27 April 2011 Due to amendments in financial act 2011, Excise duty was charged in Coke @1%


i m doing audit of cement industry. i would like to know that whether cenvat can be claimed on purchase of Coke under Tariff Heading 27040090

Also whether Vat Input Can be claimed
