18 March 2016 If a Company has 10 branches in India. Can they opt for Centralised Registration with regard to say 6 branches and rest 4 under Separate Individual Registration?

19 March 2016 It is possible to opt for centralised registration with regard to 6 branches and individual registration for the other 4 branches. For guidance on centralised registration please refer to Rule 4 of the Service Tax Rules 1994.
